I build up two calculators which allow you to see what should your secondary attributes should be compare to main attribute.
First calculator is build on formula 100-70-50-30 (Main att. - 100%, Secondary1 - 70% of main att. etc. etc.)

Secondary calculator is build on formula 100-75-50-25 (Main att. - 100%, Secondary1 - 75% of main att. etc. etc.)
Those calculators can be useful to see how far off your players' secondary attributes are compare to main attribute. Just enter your main attribute value in the proper box (goalkeepers' into GK, side defenders' into SD, etc, etc.). After that, click on 'Calculate' and you will be displayed with secondary attributes values, that you should have according to the formula.
NOTE: Those calculators shouldnt be taken as pure gold, because nobody actually know the perfect ratio's, those are just the most popular ones. I made those calculators for personal use at first, so that I dont have to calculate the attributes one by one, all the time. But as I thought someone else could find this useful, I though I should share this. :-)
